So last week the house voted on a few CCW bills, good ones; wouldn't you know it, they shot'em down!
One bill was proposed to let CCW permit holders carry in state parks. It got shot down. The other is to let CCW permit holders carry where liquor is sold by the drink. That one got put off till next week.
There were a few others but these two were the ones I was paying the most attention to. What is the deal, and when will the SHEEPLE ever learn?
The bill that will allow us to carry where liquor is served is pretty cut and dry. If you have a carry permit, and you carry in a bar, or any restaurant that serves alcohol, you cannot drink. I have no problem with that at all.
It won't be long until the Democraps turn this grat state into another IL or NY. :incazzato::incazzato::incazzato::incazzato:

I believe the way it works in Florida, you can carry into a place that serves alcohol, but you can't sit at the bar. In chain restaurants, like Bennigans, the bar is usually separated by some type of delineation. What I'm not certain about though, the way I interpret the statute, if I am in a little mom & pop bar / restaurant, I can carry as long as I'm sitting at a booth or table and not bellied-up to the bar, even if the booth is just separated by an aisle.
I usually just leave everything in the glove box. The one place I go most frequently is right next to an Italian place that doesn't charge officers, so there are usually two - three cruisers in the parking lot anyway.

Come to IN. We have no prohibition on carrying where alcohol is served or carrying with a BAC.

I've always heard that IN was one of the most "southern" of northern states.
TN sentenced one of my turds to 4 years for conspiracy to commit murder. The guy furnished the weapon and drove the killer to the scene. Nice, hugh?

Right now it is the state senate that is giving IA grief with CCW reform.

You'd be correct. We have much better gun laws than TX, FL, etc.

I met a couple "necks" from IN when in the Army, they reminded me of home!
