I just got in from the thriving metropolis of Forsyth, Georgia. Slept on a little bitty bed that musta been full of rocks. The good part is that I spent three days shooting an MP5 subgun. Learned to shoot while walking funny and how to get a three round burst out of a gun with it set on full auto.
I'm sunburned and dog tired, but I earned that certificate!

Glad you got the training. I bet it was awesome!!! Was it provided at no cost to you? And could you bring a lot of brass home with you that didn't go thru an MP5?

I had to provide my own groceries and transportation to the Training Center, but the ammo and gun were provided. I picked up a ton of brass, but it all gets turned in for credit towards more ammo. Imagine, 23 people all dumping one 30 round mag at once. 690 rounds in about 5 seconds. That was the only long burst we did. I shot a 450 out of 500 to pass, but one guy shot a 480. Ten of the shots semi-auto were from the 50 yard line.
NItesite: You gonna have to work harder than that to offend me! I wore bus's and a t-shirt with my duty boots.No noxious gasses. It was a very good class and the instructors made it fun, but I learned a lot and had to work to pass.

Been to and through Forsyth, Georgia a many a time. Don't blink or you might miss it on 75.

I never found burst hard to do with a subgun on auto, maybe it's just me.

The Georgia Public Safety Training Center is there along with a state prison. Lots of fun classes and a ton of classes that pass for torture in some places.
