I need to chat with somebody who has a good bit of knowledge about WWII German K98 mausers. If anybody here fits this description please let me know. This board has never let me down, so I'm sure somebody here has a K98 fetish.

Thanks.

I've been around a couple, but the guys over at www.MauserCentral.com (http://www.MauserCentral.com) are the real pros.
What is it you're trying to figgure out?

I love mine. 1941 made, still slick as can be. Wish I could find a cheap action to have refinished so I could build a .300 win mag on it.

I am far from an expert, but I do play with K98s as well as earlier Mausers ie 92/93 etc. Shoot me a question and a'll see if I can help you out.

Post your questions, I am reasonably knowledgeable, and even if I don't know for sure, I bet we can come up with something believable:cornut:
