Post up some pics after you get it figured out.
Looks like one is a nose punch or sorts, with the sleeve to provide OD support, kinda like a case gauge.
Then, give it a whack

Cool, what about a rifle and have you shot a bunny etc yet?
How easy is the tool to set up and use?

I have a Paco tool. I have had it maybe three years.
I usually use it on PMC Moderator ammo that I got pretty cheap, still have three or four bricks left. It also works on plated bullets, but sometimes the plated ones will get little cracks in the plating if you try to expand the hollow point too much.
I can tell the larger hollow point makes a big difference when shooting jackrabbits, even head shots seem more effective.
The tool is easy to use, my tool has two inside diameters, I usually use the larger one as it a little easier to work faster. I just push the cartridge in one side and the HP punch in the other and set the tool on an index card or other paper for cushioning on the flat part of my bench vise and then tap the punch a couple of time with a hammer, I haven't had any problems with a variety of ammo so far.Patrick

Unintentional Discharge? Sure, I wear shooting glasses and tap lightly two or three times, not one hard whack. And like I said above, I have some layers of paper under the case.
I've never seen any type of damage to the cases or heard of any mishaps with the Paco tool.Patrick
