The gas grills are easier to maintain a consistent temp, but around these parts, we consider that cheatin'. :supergrin:

I used to as well - but for quick dinners, lunches etc, i just never could get something fired up quick enough - I'm considering a smokey mountain for longer term projects - I just needed something to replace my aging grill - this was a nice grill, well built with some good reviews.
