Scrapple. The best breakfast meat ever conceived. I'm from MD, and grew up eatin it. And I was wonderin if any of you folks have ever tried making it. I'm kinda thinkin of tryin to use deer trimmins to make my very own. Any one got some good recipes?

Meat scrap in a corn meal made up in a pone.
Lotta people fry it, some bake it, it all good ;)

Floor sweepings from the butchers shop. Can't eat it after working in one.

I just don't think about what it is. I generally fire it, and my fiance hates me cause she doesn't know how to cook it....
