Actually, a relatively minor question that I'm just curious about:
What's the purpose of the bright yellow flakes that are scattered throughout the 700-X?

Probably to help identification like the green and blue dot in green and blue dot.

Hrmm. I've loaded around 200 rounds now and the 20 spot-checks I've done have all been exactly the same weight. I've been using the small powder bar.
Maybe my scale is broken? :wink5:
