308 brass prices

What is fired 308 brass going for these days? I have some I wanted to list, but didn't have a reference.

Military? Commercial? Mixed? I'm looking for LC 308 brass. Got any of that?

It is almost all mixed commercial. It does have a few LC headstamps in it.

GMM is inflated as hell because a lotta folks see the word "match" and think it's as good as Norma or Lapua.

The rest of it is as much as you can get, depending on who you are talking to. I've seen range pickup, bloated corroded brass being offered for $40/100 and it sold.

Most of what I hear from my buds is milspec or mixed commercial, priced at $15/100 up to about $25/100 again depending on who is trying to sell it.

If it's known good brass, I'd jump on it (if I needed it) for $10-12/100. Any more than that and I'd pass, but that's just me.

From what I'm told, $15/100 will be gone in a flash at a gunshow, just not to me unless it's extra nice.

Mixed brass goes for less, one headstamp maybe a little more. I used to look for commercial brass, but, not too often anymore. I don't mind buying crimped as I know if I remove the crimp, it's usually known once fired.

When I do take a look at commercial, I never consider federal or any third world knock off stuff, usually Remington, then Winchester or Hornady.

Rest of it I pass and wait for something else.

I've probably passed on some great brass, but, it works for me.
