I got one in today and was reading the instruction sheet and notices the diagrams showed a piece that attached tot he bottom of the stem. I do not have such a piece with my PC die. Anyone with one know if I am missing something?
Thanks!
Picture 1 shows what the diagrams show.
Picture 2 shows everything that came with the die.

If you are missing something, so am I as my powder cop die looks exactly like yours! I don't recall ever having seen anything describing such a wide attachment at the bottom before. I've used my PCD with 9mm and it worked fine with just the central rod.

Well, I put it in a station just to mess with and it moved fine, but I had a lot of powder sticking to the stem. I de greased and cleaned and still got some sticking powder. Any tips for a PC newbie?
Thanks.

You guys are using the plunger/stem upside down.
The wider end is called the plunger, it goes into the case mouth.
You would use the plunger/stem upside down if you where using it with .22cal or .30 rifle cases.
Powder cling is due to static (if you already removed the oil, as stated). Touch it to the floor of wherever you use the powder cop, or use an anti-static fabric spray. And don't rub your hair while you reload. Actually, I have no real clue how to de-static-tize it - I'm just guessing.

I'll be damned, that makes sense. Thanks for the info. I have heard you can rub a dryer sheet on em to take out static charge too. Will try when I get home.
