View Full Version : Anybody got a GSG-5?

Friend got one of these and we took it to range with us. Zero'd his sights - thing was scary accurate and fun as hell. Was shooting smilies on steel plates from a ways out.
Errybody seems to be backordered on em - and can't find em locally. If ya got one - where'd ya get it and how much was it?

I thought about it, but decided to get a Spikes Tactical upper for my AR. I've been having alot of fun with a 22 conversion on my 45 so I ordered one for my AR.Patrick

I got one about two weeks ago and it is Big FUN!! Now I'm planning to make it a SBR and add a suppressor!

Buy the pistol, Ed, you can short barrel it or add a suppressor easier.

I'm not sure the pistol is legal in CT, it looks like it has a real flash hider. That along with the mag not being in the pistol grip would make it an ASW I think.

I forgot about the stupid CT laws. I don't believe SBRs or suppressors are legal in CT anyway.

Suppressors are legal, you just can't have any other ASW "feature". For instance, I could have a suppressed Ruger MKIII or a Glock. Any pistol with the magazine inside the grip.

This is high on my short list for my next acquisition, Gemtech Oasis internally suppressed Ruger upper

The other FFL up here has a rifle and pistol and an extra mag. $499 on the guns.
