Well after two years of battling this one ak kit I broke down and bought my first ak tool instead of making it myself. The barrel pin was screwed from the beginning when I went to a build party and let some drunk monkeys try to press it out while I was helping someone else pull a barrel. I had drilled the pin praying that I did not over drill it. The thing worked smooth as butter and got that stupid stuck pin out. I must have been lucky because the barrel pin was drilled straight and I dont have to use an oversized pin since the bit did not blow through anywhere on the barrel pin. I have one more kit that has a peened over barrel pin that I tried to use this on and it bent the pin a little. So i now need to drill that one a little to remove the peened over edge. This tool was worth its weight in gold. I should have another ak built by next week as long as I can find my last 5 receivers. They seem to have gone missing.
