View Full Version : Just a lil somethin - sausage, ribs and brisket

Found a couple pics on my flash drive of some of the cue I cooked while I was home last.

It's a PITA to resize em, but, I'll get a few more done as I can make time

One lil package of sausage ;)

Did 4 total just like this along with some ribs and a brisket. That's about 5-6 lbs each pack of sausage.

There wasn't even one little scrap left, all gone in a hurry.

2½ hrs @ ~ 240-250 over a lil real good hickory mellowed with some two year old seasoned oak.

This sausage comes from a bud of mine what has family in the meat business out in Georgia.

Some of, if not THE finest sausage you will ever have in your life comes out of Kennesaw, Georgia ;)

Had a little church gig goin on, and I always try and help just a lil bit.

Nearly got my head tore off by a bunch a 'mature' ladies throwin me outta the kitchen, so, I went outside ta cook :supergrin:

Just change your photobucket settings to resize them when you upload them.

Had some pinto beans and some cole slaw with it, along with some peppers and chow chow, tore em up ;)

4½ hrs @ ~240-250 all hickory and lump, cause I ran outta oak early
