Anyone use a reload item for non reload task? I admit that I have used some Loadmaster powder reset chain in the bathroom. Works like a champ.

.22LR case makes a nice hole in leather belts slings etc. Set belt on anvil, line up/place 22lr case in position mouth down strike back of spent case with hammer.
Cuts out a right pretty hole it does..

A single stage press could make a dandy interviewing accessory. It may break the ice, sort of, if they don't wanna talk. Call it Rock Chucker Boarding...
I beat my wife with my inertial bullet puller....Maybe that's why she's not putting out?

With all this talk about wives not putting out, I'm beginning to understand why the divorce rate is 50%.
Back on topic, I use empty primer trays as coasters.

How many uses for a spent .22 cartridge? (http://groups.google.com/group/rec.guns/index/browse_frm/thread/6d70b045358f3cf3/dc1437170f77084d?hl=en&_done=%2Fgroup%2Frec.guns%2Fbrowse_frm%2Fthread%2F 6d70b045358f3cf3%2Fdc1437170f77084d%3Fhl%3Den%26ln k%3Dst%26q%3D%26&hl=en&lnk=st&q=#)
Stick them up your nose and sneez them out for distance. Put them back in your
nose and sneez them out for bullseyes. Save one to dry fire your wepon. Drill
a hole in them and string them together as a neclace. Chair leg tips for your
doll house furniture. Fill the holes in your roof with them I think thay will
be just the right size. Use them as a condom. Make a house for a ant. Put them
on a long 2x4 and use them as targets. Put them around your trees and shrubs
as mulch.

That reminds me, I do use my scales for something else, I hate to get cheated.

I use a single stage in the "ram up" position to hold a 1911 mainspring housing when popping the pin to cut/change springs.
Calipers can be used to measure other stuff.

No. It is because it is not possible for us to have sex.

Yes. Most dope is small quanties and is measured in grams on a scale. You ask for a quarter and you'll get ~6-7g depending on your dealer. There's 28.35g in an ounce, IIRC. April 20th, it will be 6yrs off of the ganja.

Our son-in-law is about to wind up his OB-GYN rotation in medical school. I don't think our daughter was too wild about this rotation. :wink5: I cain't hardly wait to talk to him about it.

If you are into metal detecting a tumbler is a FANTASTIC way to clean your finds.............Talking about it makes me wanna get out there and do it again. Out at our farm up on the hill is where the old house used to be that was built by my Gr-Gr grandfather and his son my Gr-grfather over 100 years ago. My Grandpa was born in that house 91 years ago. Have found all kinds of neat stuff around there. The only coins I've ever found were Wheat Pennies though, got a jar full of them. Out by the old 5 acre field found a Army hat pin off of an old hat. I think it belonged to my grandfather, because we got a picture of him in his Army uniform way back then and it's the same emblem. Also have found old belt buckles and buttons.....bracelets, even found a Silver? ring one time. Sorry to get off subject.

A good engineer would know that as of yesterday, a wheat penny is worth $0.0263211 (http://www.coinflation.com/coins/1909-1982-Lincoln-Cent-Penny-Value.html#meltvalue) due to copper content.
All 1909 through 1982 pennies fit this criteria. That being said, you are a wealthy man Steve.

Some of them can be worth quite a bit, just depends on the year and rarity.....Of course the ones that I have dug up have been in the ground for 30-50+ years maybe longer. They are probaly worthless to you but to me that found them they are priceless..... I would be tickled pink if I found something other than a wheat penny (like a silver dollar or a gold piece) I've never heard any stories of the lost family treasure (buncha poor farmers) so the chances of me finding anything substantial are not likely. Metal Detecting is a neat hobby to get in to.
