Make your own mould?

Has anyone used a reamer to make their own custom mould? If so, who did you get to make the reamer?

Someone is going to one-up you with a make your own reamer thread. :)

That would be fine with me since I'd then be able to make/get the reamer to play with what I'm thinking about!

I might be able to draw a reamer up in the CAD package, never tried it. Have a rough sketch?

Let me think about this a bit more and if I decide it would work, I'll let you know and we can work up the CAD design. (This isn't "just" a mould, but rather is a different approach to casting.)
