Anybody else roll their own?
I take a walk down to the recycling dumpster at my office every Wednesday to look for big enough boxes to cut up. Usually come out with about 10 targets a week.
I keep one at the office to use as a template and just trace the shape onto the cardboard pieces, then cut away.
I don't think any card carrying CRB shouldn't be doing this.

We use these Post-It easel pads at work (20 x 23). I save the cardboard and use them. I don't usually cut them up though. We buy them by the case so I also bring those boxes home. I've always got 10 or so of them around. I print targets on the back of 8 1/2 x 11 paper that doesn't print right and staple them near the 4 corners. Basically all I'm paying for is the staple and ink. Oh yeah, ammo too.

Here's what I do:
After the match, I help clean up and take home the targets that aren't totally shredded. They're headed for the dumpster if nobody reuses them.
I've got a couple boxes full of targets that only have 10-30 holes in 'em.
Like you guys, I keep shooting the same target until it's mostly tape.

- After matches, you can get plenty.
- If you have a stack of cardboard, trace an outline on the top piece, clamp/tape the stack together and cut the stack with a jig saw.
- Leave the cardboard square and take one target and use it as a template to spray paint an outline onto the cardboard.
