Lemme first say Thank You, Nitro, for your generosity in sharing some of your rub with me.
This evening I had the pleasure of seasoning up a whole pork tenderlion with your rub. And when it was done, the taste of the loin was FANTASTIC!!!! We all loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pork Loin dried, rubbed and left for three hours to arrive at room temperature....

Hickory fire built in my huge charcoal grilling apparatus....

While I had the hickory fire going I also took the opportunity to do some ham steaks. Why waste a perfectly good fire?

And since the fire was still good and hot, I did up some SPAM afterward for some sammiches with mustard later this week.
