Whats ya'lls thoughts on T-rail,80/20 rails in a bench?
I really like the idea, as I only have space for a 4' bench. 5' actually but the door frame will limit access to atleast 6" on either end and limit me to about 3' of real workable/accessible space
I like the ability to put the press in an easily accessible spot for loading, but have the ability to slide it out of the way for cleaning/working on ammo unloaders.
My concerns are stability and it'll get used once or twice and never again. The later I'm responsible for, if its easy to use I'll do it. If its a pita to deal with, I'll have a fancy mount for the strong mount.

4 strong mount bolts are easier to remove than gear up for a t-rail
Cheaper too ;)

Check out the ROCKDock (http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=68714) over on Cast Boolits. If I ever get around to straightening up, cleaning, and organizing my reloading bench/area this is the system I would go with.

Thank you for the feedback. The more I think about it, I know it will be a fancy mount.
I think I'll just build a cabinet with a drop down work surface for cleaning and other assembly work. I'll leave the main bench as a dedicated loading bench, with shelves on the sides.

PM that's pretty cool.
My only issue would be that I have even less storage space than bench space, and an unbolted press is about as balanced to store/handle as a football bat.

I have the RockDock system, and it works very well. It's perfect for my needs of swapping out different items.
The Dillon is on a strong mount, but before the RockDock I would c-clamp various other items to the bench as needed. Now, I just slide each one in and out as needed.
The only item still needing the clamps is my RCBS trimmer, which isn't used all that much anyway.

Have one and it works very well for both Dillon and Lee presses. Like most Lee equipment you do have to keep an eye on it. Can and will allow the press to slip out into your lap. Needs a lock pin drilled through wooden base and the steel bench plate. Haven't gotten around to the fixing mine yet.
