Lesbo domination sounds good.:lurk5: I feel so dirty, but it's a billion dollar/year business for a reason.

I am sure that if someone did, the post would get deleted and the user warned or banned. This site should not be a GT hate site. A lot of folks here still post over at GT and that should not be discouraged. Mostly, we are just trying to get back to the old GTR feel, but I would not be surprised at all if it ends up a lot better.

Gray area at best. Gambling across state lines comes to mind. A raffle that affected interstate commerce with cash being mailed in for a random series of numbers in an email?

The reload contests were a karma, stuff being given away for a creative entry, it was different than selling raffle tickets.

Yea, giving away cheap crap for weird art is a bit different then selling $10 raffle tickets. I also wonder what the tax status of all those "donation" were and if other commercial enterprises are run on the same servers that were paid for with that money.

My point exactly. Don't worry about the tax issues, IRS WILL catch up to Eric, if he did anything non kosher with his taxes.

Lonnie,

Waco was ATF, I should have been more clear, over NFA violations specifically alleged machine guns. Although Ruby Ridge involved the Marshals service, after a deputy Marshal was killed. Still doesn't excuse the murder of Weaver's wife and child over 3/8" on a shotgun stock.

Some of you probably remember the "protest sign" I put in my GlockTalk signature line just after Walter was banned (I wasn't the only one -- some folks even put black mourning bands in their avatar pictures, which seemed to upset Patricia). Well, I obviously had to do something different here, where Walter is very much among the living, so I modified it here. I then decided to similarly modify it on GlockTalk.

Too bad they were related before they got married.

I think the "influence" you're seeing is from BigSlick's gene pool.

My great grandparents came from Finland. Can I post in this thread now?

My umpteen-times great-grandfather, John Newport, stole from his employer and was sentenced to be transported from England to Virginia in the early 1700's as a punishment.

Does that count?

Koski, unless your great-grandparents fled Finland to avoid a charge of reindeer rustling, I think I've got you beat in the Ignoble Ancestor department! :coolgleamA:

Explainin' it is always catch 22 and appears a contradiction. As much Indin life appears at times. Just ta' respectfully answer though, we been 'round these parts about 13,000 years or so. Give or take a couple of K's. They always finding stuff that pushes dates back. But what matters is we still and we all here.
And not shootin' at each other.

By the way, chewy, I kinda got that side of the house covered as well. My maternal Grandmother was born in Indian Territory (later to be called Oklahoma) and she wasn't a Sooner! That wonderful American President, Andy Jackson, is why she was born where she was. :seeya:

Yo soy mojado tambien.

I'm a 5th generation San Bernardino native--which begs the question........why, after 6 freakin' months in a G-- d--- oxcart, did my ancestors NOT spend 3 more days westbound and settle in Newport Harbor?
