Need help with Ohio newspaper CHL paper poll

A big paper in Ohio is running a polling asking if cities have the right to restrict CHL holders carrying in parks. Of course they forget to label it as allowing CHL-which is alluded to in an adjacent article, but present the poll as allowing all guns or not.

Please vote "no".
