Try different primers and different bullet seating depths. That's at least twenty four different load workups.

WST, wolf primers, Bear Creek 155 bullets did really well for accuracy today.

I shoot a lot of them in my 10mm with Power Pistol. Sorry, no .40 info.

i have 2000 moly coated 155s i'm going to load to major for my STIs, soon as i get them. my guess is i'll load PP or maybe TG for the powder.
