Picked up a G27

Well got a 27...picked it up for a song with a couple holsters and mags with 12 boxes of .40 ammo.

Haven't shot it yet..weather...but looking forward to it. Anything I need to know?

My Wife Has a G27. She really likes it. I bought her a Hogue grip for it. The Grip Needed to be cut through the middle of the lower finger groove to make it short enough for the Gun. If you buy one PM me for some pics. and tips on cutting your grip......so you dont have to buy 2.....dont even ask why....:mad2:

Hope you like the 27. I carry a G26 daily, as do my daughter and one of my sons. I don't like the .40s, but that's just a matter of personal preference. I much prefer Agrip to a Hogue Handall. As a matter of fact, I have a Handall installed on a 2nd gen. G17, with Agrip over the Handall.

first of all welcome to the forum. good choice on the g-27. had my for about
one and a half yrs. now. put countless rounds though it and not one hiccup.
the only thing you need to know is you should enjoy shooting it.

I have shot a bazillion reloads through my G27s. Great little guns. Fun as hell to shoot. I used to alternate G27/G23 in competitions, but now I find myself sticking to my 35.

In the old days I could shoot the 27 just a hair slower than the 23.

Good choice. G27 is a great carry weapon, and range gun. The recoil isn't bad at all.

Love my G-27. It's my summertime carry piece with a clip draw. Can carry it all day long in shorts and a t-shirt quite com'forta'bly.

I use my G 27 when we shoot "snubby" matches. Adj. sights, 2 3/4 lb trigger & whip on the "J" frames. (We only load 6 for the snub matches)
