What would be the best upgrades for each?
Have plenty of ammo and mags...

I like to put extended slide releases on all of mine, night sites would be good too. That's about it. I go with the extended mag releases as well, it helps me with the mag changes.

I carry a G26 daily. I can't stand the feel of the factory 5.5# connector, so I install aftermarket (can't stand the factory 3.5# connector, either!) connectors in all my Glocks. I was doing the $.25 polishing job way before there was a $.25 polishing job. All my Glocks have night sights; all my Glocks have Agrip. I can't STAND the feel of bare, sweated-on plastic in my hands on a hot day!
Some will warn against using aftermarket parts in a carry piece. That's just a personal choice, but it's a choice that I make.

I like trijicons.
+1, I have them on my 19 and 26. Both guns are stock cause they're carry guns that I use on and off duty. Just load em up and shoot the hell out of them.

I put a set of the Heinie SlantPro "Straight Eight" night sights on my G-26. I got the ones with the wide cut in the rear sight for speed and they are definitely the fastest sights to put on target I've ever used.

These seem to end up on my pistols, in order of importance IMO:
New York #1 trigger spring
Wolff guide rod and recoil spring
extended slide release
Agrip
Heinie Slant 8's

My G26 has the XS Big Dots, 3.5 connector, polish job, and all of the extended goodies. Just be sure to put mucho loctite on the front sight....had mine fall off once at the range. It's my daily carry weapon. Living here in the Northwest and wearing jackets all the time it's very easy to conceal. I just sold my G19 and it had the same upgrades but I found carrying the G26 was much easier.
:bigun2:
My G26 is pimped with factory night sights, and I added a LaserMax guiderod laser. Did a .25 trigger job to smooth out the pull - I like the factory weight so I ain't changing connectors. Polished the feed ramp on the factory barrel when I did the trigger job.
Prolly got 5000+ rounds thru it (yes, mostly reloads) and it still looks and shoots like new.

Hi,
Congrats on the new pistols.
My changes would be:
Ameriglo Classic or Trijicon Nightsights (instead of the plastic sights!)
Smooth Face Trigger (instead of the "target" serrated trigger)
Good luck,
Alan
