Does anybody handload this bad boy?
Any suggestions? It's probably not worth it (I don't own one or shoot one), but it sounds like it could be fun. Definitely just for recreational shooting and not self-defense, or any other kind of defense.

I have a Dillon 1050 set up for 25 ACP. In five minutes I can supply ammo for all of the gang bangers in LA for a year.

I think I might be getting into it, just for ****s and giggles. What are you shooting it through?

I even have carbide dies for the 25ACP. [ what was I thinking ...? ] The biggest PITA of all though is finding the brass on the ground amongst all the 22LR brass [ WTF WAS I THINKING !!!! ]
The COLT JR. in 25ACP is a wonderfully accurate little pistol though. It'll easily hit popcans at 25 yards and tomato juice cans at 50 yards all day long.
On the other hand the ASTRA CUB 22SHORT and the COLT JR. 22SHORT are a damnsite cheaper to shoot, and just as accurate without all the heartaches of lost brass [ I LOVE MY BRASS !!!!]

Are you jerking my chain Will?
Methinks you're not as deadly serious as I am...

Own chain, thank you very much !!!
Just to put the chain jerking in prospective I load for 135 calibers including every pistol caliber under the sun, excepting the 44COLT and I can do that if I have to do so.

hey I am calling BS
i talked to dillon and they refused to make a shell plate dor the 25 acp.
My Ex drug dealing friend always carried a Beretta 25 ACP JETFIRE.
25 acp does seem to be popular with the criminal mind.
The rest of us like 10mm

There surely is and then some !!!
It sorta took me by surprise too when I counted 'em all up one day as I was boxing up for storage old dies I wasn't using then. I should not have been surprised though as I had been on the staff of two gun magazines and had worked for two ammunition companies and all the stuff to do my job just sorta came along with it.

Thank god.
A 25 ACP Contender would make a dandy varmint rig.
Better yet, a .25 necked down to .20, hmm...

You could neck down a .25 to .17 and have it almost as powerful as a .17HM2, but get the enjoyment of it being more expensive and time consuming.
