You know, old bullets ya ain't got guns for any more, left over spares, bought something thought it was gonna be cool, and it wasn't etc..

Dies, presses, scales, manuals etc..

I'm fixing to go thru all a my stuff an clean house so I can stay lean an mean. Not gonna get rid of anything I might need or can use in the future, but I got some stuff I ain't ever gonna use again.

I'm gonna put it all up for auction and see if I cain't turn it into some bucks to be used on somethin else I a use.

What about you ? How long has it been since you cleaned up/out your loading area ?

I know, I been savin stuff for years, some of it I ain't ever gonna use cause I got a better solution, or ain't into that any more.

It's amazing how fast it stacks up sometime.

I got mags for guns I sold 15 years ago, a couple of old conversion kits for stuff I ain't ever gonna load again, some tools I went to a better solution etc..

Need some room, so when I get home, I'm gonna go thru it all and have a field day. Maybe have enough ta get me another .357 Magnum.

I only got two, how bad is dat ? No 6", no old school Smiths, not da first GP100.

I feel underpriveledged.

Maybe I a just end up wit a lever gun in 32 Mag or .357 Mag.

Maybe not, either way, some a the stuff gotta go

Last couple 3 times I cleaned house, I passed the stuff on to someone that had a want/need/desire for that type of item.

Huh? What's that? :skep: I checked dictionary.com, and it doesn't have an entry for "clean house." I checked wikipedia, and it returned:

"Clean House is a home makeover and interior design (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interior_design) television show, in its sixth season as of 2008 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_of_2008), that airs on the Style Network (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Style_Network). Hosted by comedic actress Niecy Nash (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Niecy_Nash) (also seen on Reno 911! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reno_911%21)) and celebrity home designer Mark Brunetz (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mark_Brunetz&action=edit&redlink=1) (also seen on Area, MTV (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MTV)'s Crib Crashers, and other design shows on HGTV (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HGTV), TLC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TLC_%28TV_channel%29), and E! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E%21)), the show brings a four-person cleanup-and-renovation crew to the homes of families unable to control household clutter. Each episode follows a basic pattern; family members often face psychological barriers to letting go of stuff. The show has spawned a spin-off series, Clean House Comes Clean, which showcases deleted/behind-the-scenes footage from previous episodes of the Clean House series. Yearly, the crew also searches the country for homes that are the messiest, resulting in "Clean House: The Messiest Home in the Country", and the excess proceeds go to charity."

I've never been on TV (well, at least since kindergarden) so I don't think that "Clean House" pertains to me. Besides, I don't know any shows that would be interested in showing my reloading area.

:biggrinjester: (Maybe.)

Constantly, most of my stuff has gone to GP folks and shooting buds.

Ah, but Slick, the problem looks to be in your wording. "trim da fat" Yuck. "clean house" Also yuck. Negatives negatives negatives. Try looking on it in a positive light: You're just finding some items that would be great on TMA. That is goodness! You'd be doing everyone else a favor by giving everyone more items to bid on and battle over. Come on, Slick, you're not "cleaning house," you're providing entertainment for everyone else, helping fellow reloaders get useful items, and getting cash in your pocket as well. What's not to like?? Think positive!

I try (LOL) to keep things neat around here. I recently advertised for a cleaning person that had experience operating a front-end loader.

Me too, try to keep it clean and neat around me

BUT, I am a compulsive KEEPER ! I just can not make myself pick up old things and just dump them. I keep everything for "in case I might need it one day" and those days seem to never come.

Lucky me, my wife do some dumping whenever I get out of the house for 2-3 weeks on one of those rallies I happen to do...

And Big Slick, you and ANeat should know by now what I mean about keeping things and getting rid of it once in a decenia (or two decenias....)
