Vise grips if you don't want to reuse the bullets...and maybe the brass. I'd just buy a kinetic bullet puller. It will probably hardly ever gets used, but when you need it, you'll be glad its there.

Are you kidding. I use mine alot. In fact I had a RCBS and when I first started reloading I broke it. However RCBS replaced it.
But oh yah I wack the little green hammer.

I luv my green hammer.
It fixes what I F up.
One word of caution if you are pulling bullets on cases with upside down primers and notice colored dust on the collet CLEAN IT now.
That is primer dust and will go bang.
Scared the crap out of me.
I thought the primer had tripped.
I actually looked at the end of the hammer to see if it was still there.

The kinetic puller is well worth the investment. One of the cheapest reloading tools you'll buy and one of the greatest values.
