Since Hurricane Fay has been dumping rain on us for the past couple days I figured I would load up some rounds for my CZ-82, among others.
I purchased quite a few SPEER 90 Grain Gold Dot HP Bullets in 9x18mm Makarov (.364") a while back from someone. The box is bright Yellow & says Uni-Cor if that makes a difference.
I have been through all the load data & online resources I have/can find and cannot find any load data for these exact boolits. Of Course SPEER doesn't have load data on their Website. Which sucks!!!
Anyone out there have a SPEER Manual with Load Data for this Bullet?
Thanks,
J

Yes sir, got both.
I got some load data for the 95 Grain XTP's but didn't know if I could use it for the SPEER 90 Grain GDHP's. Since these are 90 Grain would it make a big difference?
From creophus
231 4.0-4.5 grains
& for the XTP's
Win231 - 2.4 to 2.8max, 800-950fps
That is almost twice as much powder.

Yeah I noticed that. Start low, work up. Load a few using the lower end Hornady data and see how they function.

I used 3.5 Grains of 231 with some Berry's 95 Grain RN Plated Boolits & they seemed a little weak.
I got some 93 Grain Lead RN bullets here that were loaded with 4.4 grains of Universal Clays. They shoot real good!
Think I might try 3 Grains of 231 as a starting point.
Thanks again,
J

Because as opposed to MAX OAL, this was the OAL used to obtain these particular results by Speer in their testing. In other words, using a different OAL "Your results may vary"... :)

Thnx!! I was wondering about that cause I was measuring some reloads someone gave me which I have shot out of my CZ. They averaged .984" OAL which was a little longer than posted.
Thanks again,
J

Has an injunction been issued?

I dont know what has been issued but I would say no. However, every time I shoot the cops get called & make a trip to the out. My dad ask me not to shoot until the lawsuit is over. I usually try do what he asks since the rent is cheap.
I can tell you that we will have finally, after 2 years, have a court date set within a week. My dad & neighbor (both are being seud by the folks that live about 500 yards behind our neighbor) have had enough BS with the layer & the time it has taken to get things settled. After the last visit the layer got off his butt & started making things happen. Why he couldn't have done it a year ago, I dunno.
Even their layer told them they did not have a chance in hell of winning. They even agreed to pay court costs if they lose which theirs & our layer said is very rare in a case like this.
We are all just ready to get it over with so we will quit being harassed for accessing the "right of way" that we all use to gain access to & from our property. It has been there for 30+ years before the bought the land & build their house about 7 years ago. Tired of having my photo taken if I take the trashcan to the road. Ridiculous!!!

Sounds like they moved down there from ChiTown !
That's the way those ashats act all the time. They move to the country & first thing they want is to re-make it into the city they moved away from.
I see way too much of it near me, I'm about 50 mi. NW of Chi & we're getting over-run with the vermin.
Best of luck !

A month and a half ago the judge was suppose to make a decision in 2 weeks.
Our layer asked what we wanted as he was suppose to rule in our favor. I wish he would hurry up as this has taken way to long already...
Just hope he is right....

Maybe the judge will do the right thing for you J.
Is your property zoned agricultural?

I dont think it is zoned Ag but we didnt have to obey the watering schedule when it was in place due to the Daylily business.
2.5 years & $16,000 later someone needs to hurry up....
