Well the big one (6 pounds) is done but the smaller (4 pounds) is stuck at 170. Pulled the big one (heh heh) and wrapped it up to rest. Letting the smaller one ride. No rush, lots of time before dinner.

Different pigs got different amounts of collagen and marbling in em. Ya big one prolly gonna be real juicy, lil one maybe not as juicy, but gonna have a killer bark on it and make some kinda outstanding sammiches :treerat:

Or, if you never tried it, they make incredible good hash for breakfast ;)
