I'm looking for a case trimmer for rifle brass.
What can you guys tell me about which ones are good, better and best? I plan to use it for 30-06 308 and 223.

Girauds are excellent.
For a waaaay cheaper good option is Possum Hollow Case Kwik trimmers.
Slap it in a drill motor or a press an go to town. Come in all kind a calibers and work real good. Cheap too.
Get the power adapter and it a handle any caliber, so ya just need one

I agree with Slick. I'm using a borrowed Dillon trimmer that works very well.

Forget about that rifle stuff...........and stick with that G23! :sifone:
I have used Forster and Wilson. I'm about to get a Redding because it takes 9mm pilots. They are all pretty much the same. The Redding and Wilson trimmers have micrometer cutter adjustments which makes trimming 9mm brass to within .001" a breeze.

I've got the 40 load down pretty well. Now its time to spread the love to the long guns. Not to mention the savings will be HUGE with premium 308 loads.

Another vote for the Possum Hollow tool however it is hard on your fingers for long sessions of brass trimming.
What I did.. I bought a cheap varible drill w/reverse for 10 bucks. I made a simple 3 sided wooden stand to hold drill up right on my bench. So I lock the drills trigger on and go to town using both hands.
However seek out liberty4ever video on his how too trim with the RCBS trim mate station I did and used his method. Its very cleaver and works well. The only thing I diid was use LOC-TITE "GREEN" to set the Lee case holder LOCK STUD into hex driver.
I see if I can come up with a link for you.
