Looking for some IWB holster recommendations for a Glock 30. I've got a Kramer IWB which carries well but drawing is another story. So far I'm thinking about a Sidearmor, Crossbreed, and want to look around for some more options.

Try a C-Tac. I got one in a package deal on a G30. Carried well. (I've since sold the G30 and C-Tac, .45 Glocks are not for me).
That said, I'm a leather man. I would either go Milt Sparks VMII (or a copy), Little Feather from southern IN or Rafter's (check them outhttp://www.raftersgunleather.com/index.htm, they make a hell of a leather).
I carry a G17 in a Little Feather IWB, love it. Conceals like a dream.

Look at Fist, they have a hybrid option. I had a latigo hybrid IWB for my Taurus snubbie. Great holster. Stayed put like leather but was fast like kydex. It's pretty much leather over kydex. I sold it with the gun.
I wear my G30 in a Sidearmor. I'm swapping out to an OWB a la Aker Flatsider.

I like the Mtac from Comp-Tac. I have the shell for the G30 ( which I also use for the
G27) and a shell for a 3.5" 1911.

I have a C-TAC. It was my first carry holster. I like it just fine....stability and all, but I found it to be a PITA to put on every day. I have to put it on and remove my carry piece twice a day.
I then had a FIST #6 IWB. It was the ultra thin Kydex. It was great, but it couldn't stand up to the pressure. The Kydex was too thin and cracked at the top where the belt loop was.
I've had a straight Kydex Sidearmor IWB with the forward cant now better that two years. I can't rave about it enough. It's comfortable and most importantly, durable.

I hafta reccomend a Milt Sparks SS II or a CompTac Minotaur.
SS II a hell of a holster, wear like it ain't even there. CompTac comfortable too, tuckable an easy ta use for other guns if ya swap ya carry piece now an again.
SS II has a long wait, but worth every dime an then some. CompTac deliver in about a week includin shippin.
Plus, if ya don't like em, it a take all of about 2 minutes ta sell em.

I'm currently using a Sidearmor with my G26, used a Sidearmor with my G30, back before I wised up and got the G26. The Sidearmor J-hooks are worthless. Had a bunch of them break. Had a guy who advertises on GT make a J-hook for me that works great.

The g30 was my favorite carry gun for a few years. I carried it in an Uncle Mikes clip on.

I've got a Milt Sparks VM II on order for a Walther P99. I'm pretty sure I could change the order as long as its not started.
I also like that F.I.S.T. too. I may just try it first.

Oh, I bought a Sidearmour holster for mt G19/G26. I found it a pain to put it on and take it off. It is well made though. The customer service was a bit slow at the time, but they may have fixed that by now.

Pit-
Right now I carry my G30 in a VMII.
I tried alot of diffrent holsters and for me, it came down to the VMII and Tucker gun leather's "Answer".
The Answer was a great holster. Very comfortable, held tight to the body and fast, being a leather/ kydex hybrid. The only problem I had was with the belt clips. I would break about 1 or 2 a year.
I tried all the tricks to make them last. But still had trouble.
That said, Rob at Tucker, is second to none. He is a great guy and was always right there to help. Usually returned my e-mails in a couple hours.
The VMII has been all that and then some. It worked out so well, I am going to order another for my WC KZ45.
I work in construction, so I make my holsters earn thier keep. Those flimsy saran wrap holsters are good for leftovers thats it..
The wait is long, but since you have one on order you get the jist...
The G30 is an Awesome gun, give it a great home...
If you want to test out the "Answer" drop me a line.

Which Kramer model do you have? I have a Kramer #3 IWB holster in horsehide (made for a G38, but a G30 also fits) thast is both comfortable and relatively easy to draw from.

I've been happy with my Mr. Softy (http://highnoonholsters.com/Product_Line/_Mr_Softy/_mr_softy.html) at 4:30. It wasn't very expensive and I received it within a week of placing the order.

I'm pretty sure mine is the same holster but in cowhide. I was wearing it the other day and tried to draw and it was extremely tight. I haven't worn this gun before. I bought this from the first owner who didn't use it much if any. I do like it. When I couldn't pull the gun out and had to really make an effort to get it out I decided to re-evaluate my options. I've wrapped the gun in wax paper and put it in the holster. I'll take it out this weekend and see how things are. I'm exploring other options too.
My primary and preferred carry is a FS Walther P99 in 9mm.
