How are those working for you guys? I didn't get in on the deal in time but would like to know what you're getting for accuracy and reliability.

I bought 3000, i loaded about a 1000, i've shot about 400(g34). I haven't had any problems whatsoever. The accuracy I would compare to winchester white box or similar factory ammo. Match grade ammo it is not, looks a little ugly too(with pull marks). It's not a beauty contest, so it works good for me.
I haven't had any of the tracers slip through my batch. Kinda wish they did. All in all not bad.

Someone 'over there' was complaining about them not all being deactivated and there was an 8% failure rate with bullets being out of round that didn't chamber or seat in the case. He contacted Midway and they are "looking into it". I am going to save 1K for workups in 9x25 Dillon if I get into it but I'm flipping the rest at the gun show in April.

I have fired about 250 of them so far. Mine have been fine, no tracers, no bullets oblong or odd shaped. Accuracy seems to be decent, as mentioned- comparable to WWB. Definitely good plinkers. I load mine pretty hot to get the slide on my G22 w/ conversion barrel to cycle properly, and at about 1300 FPS I havent had any issues at all. No jams or anything of that nature

I got in on the deal, but next time I will spend $7 more and get new bullets from PrecisionDelta.com

So did anybody here get an active tracer?
I'm asking because I have 2k sitting in the basement waiting to be loaded. I shoot at an old indoor range and have no desire to set the backstop on fire.
And yes, I'm a little neurotic.:out:

I've loaded around 1,300 or so of them and of those, shot between 300 & 400...none "lit up" yet. No complaints in the accuracy department...haven't benched them but hand-held, shoots like everything else.
I did have between 8/9% that fails a Dillon case gauge...some by a little, some by a lot. In every instance, the failed rounds had mis-shaped bullets, some measuring up to .360 on the "wide" side. I'd say most would still chamber in the more generous OEM barrels but I just pulled them and chalked it up to a poor decision on my part with the purchase.

I bought 4000. I have loaded up 500 and have shot about 50 of them. All seem to work great.
Hey before you judge me for being lazy and getting behind on my reloading duties. Please note that I loaded up 1000 for my dad and another 1000 for my sister. Plus about 500 .223 for myself.

From what midway said it was only a one time offer, so percision delta is a good choice.

IIRC, MidwayUSA gets these in once a year to run as a promotional item...when gone, no more for a year or so.

I think I'm done with 'em. I will say that I loaded another 700 or so this afternoon from different boxes and the quality improved quite a bit...I didn't count but these had a "bad" rate of about what you'd reasonably expect from a pulled lot. Still speaking only for myself, I think I'd rather pay a little more and do without the extra work. On the up side, this little experience did prompt me to get off my rear and clean up one of my 35-year old single stage presses to mount a new Hornady Cam-Lock puller on.
