For Titegroup loads 3.5gr is a mild load thats real accurate, 1.135oal. 4.2 should come real close to making major PF if youre into that, still fun to shoot.
I think 4.5 or 4.7 is max

The 3.5 load is great for production, I think it runs about 140pf, very mild and really effective on steel, way better than a 9mm at the same PF
If you're not set on titegroup, check out WSF. 6gr is nice shooting.

3.2 grains for me. I use Rainier plated instead of Berry's though.
I almost hate to say it, but...do a search on "load data" or 40 cal load data and see what you get. Maybe try "pet loads" too.

My personal "Plinking" load is 4.4gr of WSF.
It will Knock down steel AND drop the Brass about a foot from your ankle.

5.6 - 5.8gr's of UNIQUE works great for major. 5.8 is stout and close to factory (1014 - 1020 avg fps)....5.6 is a bit softer but still makes major.
Fellow shooters use Titegroup too....4.7 gr's seems to be average load.

Since we brought up Unique.
Another "Plinker" load is 3.8gr of Unique under a 180gr Lead or Plated bullet is a Soft shooter. 750ish over the Chrono but plenty of Umpfh to tackle Steel.

+1
4.3 of titegroup chrono'd at 167PF or 928 fps for me.
Glock 35 with KKM barrel.
I don't have any minor pf data for 180's and titegroup.

Creophus put me on to 3.2 of Titegroup and have been using this load ever since. Very light (just enough to cycle my G23c) and great for plinking. Lately I've been trying 4.6 of W231 which seems to be very good as well. Both are under a 180 grain FMJ bullet. :)

4.0gr of Red-Dot under a 180gr FMJ is another "Plinker" Favorite of mine.

4.0 grains of WST with 180 grain Rainier's. That's .1 grain over starting, so is a mild load; it functions Glock 22 and 27 fine.
