I don't actively pursue meatloaf, but I had to give this one a try.

It's a smoked bleu cheese meatloaf with italian sausage. Very good and something I'll definately make again. Yum yum.

Ive heard of smokin a Meatloaf but I havent tried that......yet...

Smoked meat load is excellent. I would recommend placing the meatloaf on a sheet of foil. Don't put it in a meatloaf pan. Its better to let the grease drain.

I placed it on foil with raised edges. It was swimming in juicy goodness.

Leave out those rancid dairy products (bleu cheese :yuk:), and I might even try a bite! :yesnod:
