mini 14 scope reccomendation...

can some reccomend a good fairly cheap scope for a mini 14. I want to be able to use the stock rings. This will be for 100-150 yards. Nothing fancy. just something that will work and thats reliable. thanks

It all depends on how much you want to spend. If you want something in the 100-150 range I tend to like Bushnell scopes. If you want to spend more than you can go with a number of good scopes (Leupold,Nikon,Burris,ETC) can all be had in the 300-600 range. You probably would not need more than a 3x9 for that rifle. I put a Bushnell 4x12 on one of my AR's and it work's just fine. That rifle would even be served well with a fixed power scope as well. Good Luck:)
