I stumbled across the most finest best BBQ sauce there ever was or ever will be. I haven't figured out the batch proportions yet since I never eat more than a half ounce at a time on my meals.

Now I know alot of folks think they know something about BBQ'n and maybe even tricked some judges into giving them a trophy or recognition.

I won't sit here and argue with you about who's is better, since I already know.

That would be like the apostles of Jesus debating with pegan worshipers over who's god is real. It just don't make any sense at all.

Okay, now down to the real stuff.

You can NOT make any substitutes. Otherwise your mix will taste.... "interesting" and we all know that's the death of any sauce.

You GOT to start with HARRY and DAVID "KANSAS CITY" Barbecue Sauce -thick and rich.

This is absolutely essential as this particular sauce has something wrong with it that is essential. It has a flavor hole. The sauce would be okay but there's something missing and that is the key element of this sauce.

So I got an ounce cup that I fill up half way with this BBQ sauce. I then add some SONNY SALT. You can get it in Memphis pretty easy but I don't know where else you can find it. Check for a website or if you MUST, I can ship some to you. Add about 1 tsp.

Next comes the jerk. I use a powdered jerk from Pensky's spices. This is what gives the BBQ some bite. Be carefull, the more jerk you add the more bitten you get. 4 shakes from the canister

Add a few drops of real vanilla extract to mellow the flavors.

Lastly you'll have a BBQ sauce that is a tad too strong so add 1 tsp of confectioners sugar.

Stir it up after each addition.

Add this 1/2 ounce BBQ slobber to whatever you're eating and you'll quit breathing till you're done swallowing.

Having a BBQ hoe down sounds good to me. I'm good for the roast toast and sauce. We'll have to get with Pitmaster and Yammer for the pig.
