Steak Marinade Giveaway Contest

OK I have Made Up some samples of My Rub that I use on Steak,Chicken,Pork and even Burgers. Sample sizes should be Plenty for at least 2 Steaks or 3 maybe...

I made up several samples with 5 left up for grabs.:treerat:
I dont have any Fancy Smanchy contest dreamed up as I thought of this at the last minute. SO.........

Just Post here with something to the effect that you want your name in and I will toss names into a Hat and we will go from there.

Hey Crazy, on a side note I see you're in KY, I did a job in Henderson, a few hours away from you, and ate at the South Y BBQ. Some of the best food I have ever eaten in my life! BBQ'd mutton, fried pork chops, peach cobbler....... Also some of the worst heartburn I have ever had in my life, but it was worth it. I ate there every day for about three weeks.

I Will post the winners in the morning. I will have my son choose names from a Hat and I will get these mailed out starting Monday. I I get all the addys then I will get All them mailed out Monday.

I had a Temp. of 103.5 and I thought I needed a Hole drilled in my head to relieve the pressure. Thank Goodness for modern Medicine. I dont know how they did it back in the day..

Great rub! brother mighty tastey....

Grilled some country style ribs Sunday with it, Nice

Tonight was sirloin w/the rub I LIKE IT! Now IF I "had more" I could do some chicken and report my findings . But alas the zip loc bahgee... she iz ImpTeee

Enjoyed it, really liked it on the sirloin. I Would love to try it mixed into some burger meat.

'Nitro's Rub

1/8th Cup of Lemon Pepper
1TSP of Garlic Powder
1TSP of Onion Powder

Add some Minced onion when mixing the rub with Burgers for the Grill (Use Ground Chuck so the grease keeps the burger from drying out and the grease drips on the fire and makes a good smoke.

Wifey likes to add Lawerys Seasoning salt when she makes it but be careful as it can become TOO salty due to the Lemon Pepper believe it or not..lol


This can be used on Steak,Chicken,Pork and Mixed in with Burgers.
