I'm getting .377 - .378 on a .3555 bullet with Redding dies . One site listed it as a firm crimp ... Seems normal to me .

I'll have to measure & get back to you, but I basically eyeball & then push test. I found a smaller expander works far better than any crimp. Chuck it in a drill press ro lathe & polish it down 0.001" & then enough crimp to remove any bell; perfect ammo. I'm also in SoKal. Drop a note if you want to share some load data or have other questions.

At work currently, so no specs. But I use RCBS resizer after using a40 S&W carbide, and skip the belling altogether. This enables me to get a feel for how much crimp I actual need after doing a push and chamber test. Usually amount to a 'moderate crimp with LFC. Yeah....a LFC. In 357 Sig it crimps the 357 Sig's bottle neck as do the rifle LFC dies. Thus no swaging the bullet. It's said the 357 Sig seats on the exposed case mouth but I've found that with my LWD 357 Sig barrel t seems to seat plenty on the shoulder (maybe not fully).
