Shazam!!
That there's slicker than cow snot!
seems pretty neat but you'd still have to baby sit it to refill it. wonder how bad things get when a case gets damaged or something jams up. i bet i'm quicker with mine pulling the lever than if it were automated with all the minor issues that pop up.

I thought the guy on youtube with the automatic 650 was cool, but that takes the cake. It also takes the fun out of reloading.

My thoughts exactly. If that was installed in my home for free I wouldn't use it.
I'll stick with my way, thank you very much.

I like reloading as much as anyone here, but for long runs of 9MM plinking ammo, that would be just the ticket.
I like working up loads and experimenting with different recipes, but pulling the handle on long runs is just plain monotonous. I find I can load 300-400 rds before I get bored and distracted and need to take a break.

I agree. Also I happen to enjoy the activity of pulling the handle, looking in the case for powder, etc. :)

Just imagine the possibilities if you did that to a Load Master.:yesnod:

First off it doesn't have the Trek interface w/ touch screen & color.
The beeping sound HAS GOT TO GO!
PEZZI? Now if he would of put on there "P to EZZI", than that might work.

Now he should put it to 100x speed and really get it smoking.

I wouldn't use it for crap myself.
I like ta be able ta 'feel' da process.
Machine loadin looks OK at first glance, but it ya run into a lil problem along da way, I imagine it a make a mess before ya could get it stopped.
An hell yeah dat beep would hafta go, an some control outta this century would be a whole lot better

I'm just not seein' what the fuss is all about some kind of automated machine.
Handloading...... That's where I wanna be.

Well .... maybe not "Hand"loading - but at least manual powering & control of the machine cycles - I'm wit ya :)

Automation is our friend, as soon as you get the controls out of it. ;)

After loadin up 300 rounds of .223 last night, I think I like the idea even mo betta for plinkin' and blastin' ammo.

I'm really conflicted over this device. The purist in me wants to say "bah, reloading without pulling a handle just isn't right", the plinker in me wants to say "cool, what a great way of loading up a couple hundred rounds of basic plinking ammo" and the entrepreneur in me sees lots of sellable rounds without having to visit a physical therapist for my arm and shoulder.

I'll bet I could figure out a way to make a TV remote work with that.

... without having to visit a physical therapist for my arm and shoulder.
that is exactly my problem.
After a couple of hundreds my elbow start aching and the shoulder is never far away with its own pain to remind me of the better time (...when I was YOUNGER) !
I would love something like that but don't know if I could trust it all the way (flipped or sideway primers that you feel when pushing/pulling the handle), brass being crushed in sizeing station, ...

I know a guy who has something similar. He just flips a toggle switch and off it goes! Freaking amazing to see in person! He had shoulder surgery. So he needed something like this. I think there are some safeguards on it. Like a powder cop in the electronics and low primer shutoff.....
Anyways, it has it's use. Like a progressive press over a single stage!

My only gripes are you couldnt feel whats going on and it will cause a lapse in "attention" so to speak.
Lets say you got your whiz bang lever puller going, flip the switch and go, powder checker, low primer shutoff, all the bells and whistles.
Its ran great in the past, no worries, youre off doing something while it loads up 100 rounds but the primer system malfunctions and its not dropping primers.
Its happy cause its full of primers, powder drop is good, guess what , get aquainted with your bullet puller, a good progressive will crank out 100 rounds in 3 to 5 minutes and that 10/20/30 minute lapse in concentration, while you thought everything was OK just created a big pile of junk.
Honestly guys if reloading is hurting your shoulder I think something may be wrong in the ergonomics of your setup, higher/lower?? something is wrong

I know it's been said, but, if I had know I would live this long, I would have taken better care of this body!:chainsaw:

A little Hornady one shot works wonders, been tellin guys that for years.
Makes everything run smoother, less wear and tear, on the machine and your body.
If my right arm was out of service I would be more apt to go with a bullet feeder and pull the lever with my left hand.
If I couldnt use either arm I wouldnt need reloads anyway ;)
