From what I could tell GLF is from Giulio Fiocchi, Lecco, Italy. I've ran across a few that say 'GFL POLICE 9' on them and they are a bit shorter than a standard 9mm case. Are these ok to shoot?

Those are the midway pulled BTW. The diffrence in the exposed bullet is what caught my eye. I thought it was a .380 case that slipped through, but it appears to a 9mm case. Anyone seen one of these? are they for another caliber? Any info? Just curious

9x18 Ultra (not the same thing as a 9x18 Macarov (sp))

exactly. A 9mm "police" is the 9mm ultra. They are used in europe mainly due to restrictions about using military calibers. it is 9x18, but it is different than the 9x18 MAK.

Dont use them. They aren't 9mm parabellum.
