Just ordered a set of 10mm HP swaging dies from CH4D Tool and Die. Cute sounding little hottie on the phone, just enough Southern accent to melt your heart. I kept asking questions just so I could hear her voice. I hated having to hang the phone up.
So far Graf's, CH4D, and the ATF's TTB are on the list for hottie phone chicks. I love this industry!!

We had a family friend that was a "phone actress", I think you can get what I mean by that. She was about 250lbs. Cute for her size and great person but hey, there is a reason some females are in radio and not television. Keep your bubble intact though...I don't want to be the one to burst it...lol.

Now I have to ask, we've seen the range bunny, but does she sound hot?

Layusn1, I didn't hear her eating so I couldn't truly tell if she was a kegger or if she was good at chewing. I know the voice doesn't always match the body. That's why there's light switches.
P99, the range bunny doesn't really sound hot. Just ok. Pleasant voice but doesn't turn me on.
This swaging stuff is addicting. I have precisely three 9mm cases that I'm playing with altering the core to see what weights I might be able to make.
I'm going to experiment with lead shot for a 114gr bullet.
I can make a heavy jacketed 200gr bullet by putting a .380 case inside a 9mm case and then putting a pure lead .32 cal 93gr boolit in the .380 case and then forming the bullet. I'd have a 200gr hollow point with .02" thick jacket walls for 90% of the bullet length and then an exposed lead HP tip. I can score the jacket to promote expansion and the heavy jacket will control the expansion. Kick ass!

Your right FS, she does have a great phone voice. Reminds me of another girl I meet over the phone who was in customer service and we were always cutting up with one another on the phone. I finally met her at a party and of course she looked nothing like I'd expected. She was one of the nicest ladies I ever met and while she wasn't a "hottie" I thought she was far better because she was a warm and caring very attractive person. Be careful what you wish for, you might be suprised by what you get.

I take home what comes home. Ain't much I kick out of my bed. Ground rules: She's gotta be 21 and bring her own toothbrush.
How's the swaging coming along CW? Any tips? Are you doing jacketed or lead? Checked all the threads over on CB but nothing new going on.

Going real good, mostly been doing semi jacketed, but I'm ready to do an equipment upgrade when I get some extra money. Might have to pull out a couple of safe queens, really want to go with better gear. Bought and am rebuilding a lathe so I can teach myself how to make my own swage dies as well as lube dies later on. Might start a business later on.

Have you used the CH4D dies at all? How hard is it to adjust to the proper settings? How long did it take you before you got good bullets?

The woman who talked me through how to re-build my Lyman 450, she needs to be on the list. Had a pleasant voice and she sounded like she enjoyed her job.

I don't have any new swage dies FS, all of them are used, Herter's and CH. Most of the older swaging dies were intended to be used with half jacket's in the belief it would prevent leading and such. It didn't and no one liked the process, 3/4 jackets or swaged lead only work out the best. My learning curve pretty much sucked for while until I got the hang of things. It's cheaper to cast, but swageing gives you other option's. Oh yea, the adjustements aren't a problem on my stuff. If you can adjust dies for a reloading press it's a no brainer

Cool, good to know. I'm just going by what I read. I'm sure it will be clearer when I have the dies in hand and can reference what people are talking about.
I have a set of reloading dies for the 256 Win Mag that are CH4D dies. They are awesome dies.
