Sending a press back to Dillon

How do you go about it ?
Call , send e-mail or do I just send it in
with a note ?

You'll have to call Dillon and get an RMA number from them, they'll take your credit card number and charge you $39.95 (this includes the return shipping) I did this exact thing about 6 weeks ago and got my press back in about 3-4 weeks.

The two times I sent in 550s to get overhauled I PMd Mogo for an RMA number and sent a $40 check with the press.

Include an instruction sheet with the press. Tell them what you sent it in for, include the RMA number on it, and tell them any specific issues or parts that need addressing. Also mention any parts that you are holding back for ease of transport, sich ast the primer catcher, cartridge chute and bin, etc.

I've done it both times and it went smooth.

We tear it all apart, throw everything into the solvent tank for a good scrubbing, inspcet for worn/damaged bits to replace, reassemble and lube, then test everything out to be sure all is adjusted properly and functioning. $39.95, which includes return shipping. I wish I could find a spa that would do as well on my tired old body. I'll bet a couple of the catalogue cover girls would be a good start.
