Well I am heading up to PA since the kidos have spring break. Well my good ole army surplus store has ammo boxes by the freaking pallets full. Normally a few thousand of them. No idea what the prices are since I never had the need for the metal boxes before, but I would imagine cheap since it is in an old coal mining town. So let me know if you guys need any of them.

I love military surplus ammo cans to store my empty brass in. :patriot:Before I started reloading, I used to buy Georgia Arms reloads at the gun shows. Their ammo is already in the military green ammo cans when purchased by the 500 count.
The 12" X 4" X 6" (approximate measurements) sized ammo cans cost between $3 and $4 each here at the guns shows. This size will hold just over 1000 empty .40S&W cases. I would be interested in what the store in PA charges for them.
