My friend at work likes this Rifle .
Any opinions and experiences with Puma's would

Not sure about them, we just recently got a couple in stock.
What model/caliber does your friend have ?

I was considering one in 44 mag - a cowboy model. Reviews I found were good for the most part.

They are out there now made in 2 different places at two differrent price points. The older ones (still in stock new) are cheaper (these are the ones with OK reviews). the more expensive ones are now made by an italian firm and are a couple hundred more.

I just assumed you were talking lever action. Not sure about the 22

Saw him last week at work .
He usually works at another school .

Wants the 22 for relatively cheap ammo .
He does not reload but I did my best to talk
him into starting .:)

We've got one of those in stock in the store. Stickered @ $649.00(?)

Not sure what dlr. is on it without digging out the invoice, I wasn't there when it came in.
Seems like a well built & finished .22
