Ordered 1 for my G26, and 1 for my wife's M&P9c. Emails all along the process - when they went to mfg, when they came out, and when shipping sent them. Didn't take long at all (less than 1 week) - and man alive - some nice freakin' holsters! Most comfortable thing I ever wore - and I can now tuck my shirt in when CCW.
You will not be disappointed. Thought ya'll may want to know.

Did you get your candy? Comp-Tac is top notch. I have a "C-Tac" Model for my G-36. Does your holster have the new and improved belt clips?, they are supposed to hook up under your belt to prevent the holster from coming up when you draw. The one I have does not have them but I wanna hear from someone that does have them...Right now I am saving my quarters and dollars for a holster for my G21SF . www.comp-tac.com (http://www.comp-tac.com)

I have an MTAC from them. It is very comfy. I have the bodies for my XD and Para LTC. In hindsight, I would not have spent the extra dough on the extra body. It is a pain in the ass to change. I pretty much leave it set for the LTC. I have a K&D for the XD. I forgot to add. I did not get smarties with my order.

Those new clips look huge. I like the "J" clips.

New clips are huge, an they ain't worth a damn in my opinion.

They too damn long an they don't clip da botton a ya belt worth a damn

While ya walkin around, it ain't a big deal, but when ya sittin or drivin the clips dig into your ass real good.

I went to da C clips, they better, but still crappy.

I been lookin at da velcro, but dats a PITA too.

What they need is some spread out J/C combo hooks

Got two rolls of smarties - they were both in my wife's holster bag and she was reluctant to share - till I explained who paid for the holsters.

I got the J clips and they work fine for me. But then I usually wear a 1.5" belt and I 12 o'clock carry. The grip tends to stick out at 2 o'clock, me being so skinny.

One of the clips slipped over my belt and I have been paranoid about it ever since. Ever tried to draw when the pistol is still in the holster and hanging on by one clip?
Not fun, and not something I want to happen if it's for real.

Hi,

I love the CTAC. The MTAC was nice too, but the CTAC is my favorite!

Good Luck,

Alan

I've got a CT.A.C. for my XD9, and it has been great. The only problem I had was with wearing it with a cheap belt that would roll over under the weight of the pistol. With a new belt I've had no troubles

I just find it cumbersome to put on and remove. You're kind of at the mercy of belt loop placement....sometimes forces you to wear it a little farther forward or rearward than you might like. I will wear it if I need a tuckable rig though. Works fine the few times I have needed that option.

I have been wearing a Sidearmor IWB with belt loop attachment for close to two years. I can't speak highly enough of it.

Only thing difficult about getting my CTAC off is the having to tuck my shirt back in. Most times I just leave the holster on and remove my CCW. When I leave the no-fly zone, it goes back in.

Hey GB when you carry your g36 do you carry an extra mag. and if so where/how do you carry it, I have a g36 and I'm trying to find a summertime setup to carry, got the winter setup w/an ultimate concelment setup but it is way to hotttttt to wear in the summer months here! oh and I'm a south paw so that limits me on some things, but I do see ctac has a LH g36 setup my be the way to go whatcha think????

I have a Don Hume mag carrier. It is the one for double stack mags and it is adjustable. It has a flap that will snap over your belt. Sometimes I wear it normal on my left side and sometimes I reverse it by putting the belt over it making it tuck closer into my body. I got it at a gun show in Ft. Worth about a year ago fo $20. MOST of the time I just carry the G36 with 6+1 with no extra mags and I have a Smith 642 with an extra speedloader in my pocket for a New York reload.
