Citation Needed

I need a citation for the court case that established the four points imminent, ability, intent and proximity.

Washington State would be great, but since I'm the only one who carries in Western Washington, it will surprise me...

Thank you, but I should have been clearer.

Those four points are taught as being necessary for a defense of self-defense.

The case you cited does not address self-defense.
