Solo 1000 loads for 9 & 45

I am getting ready to work up some loads with solo 1000. This is what I have come up.

125 gr 9m
OAL 1.150
4.0 to 4.6gr

200 SWC 45
OAL 1.250
4.6 to 5.1

Am I in the ballpark with these.
Thanks for the comments

S-1000 is pretty fast and 4.6 may be a little hot for 125 grainers... I think Scot's data maxed at 4.1 for 124 jacketed. I load 4.0/4.1 under 115 for the wife and grandkids...very soft and sufficiently accurate. On the .45, those will be mild loads...I've been loading 4.9/5.0 under 230 grain Rainier plated. You'll not be able to get top velocities from either but it does make for a clean, soft & quiet load.

I can't comment on the 9x19. Solo 1000 seems a bit fast to be optimal in the 9.

You seem to be in the right range for the .45 ACP. According to Accurate, their recommended range is 4.8 to 5.3

S1000 200 LC SWC(L) 4.8 838 5.3 952 18,300 1.190

I just shot some 230 RNLs in front of 4.5, 4.6, and 4.7 of Solo 1000 yesterday. All loads were accurate and pretty soft shooting. I'm going to try a bunch at 4.8 grains next week.

I tried to attach a copy of Scot's (old) load data which included 9MM to my post above but it exceeded the site's size limitation a bit. I uploaded it to my website so if you'd like a copy, here it is.

I use up to 3.6 with my 148gr 9mm. 4.1 of 9mm and a 115gr gives a little over 1000fps. Hardly good stuff. I love my 148gr load and that powder. Super soft and makes PF EASILY.
